I love the early lessons. I can't believe how difficult they were the first time around. They are so natural now.

Holy Spirit is so gentle. I love this line: "The point of the exercises is to help you clear your mind of all past associations, to see things exactly as they appear to you now, and to realize how little you really understand about them."

Letting go to let the truth in I'm a first timer and this lesson cut my heart wide-open. I have been running on empty for so long that the truth became the lie and the lie became my truth. Releasing this is like trying to rip my insides out. I accept this pain because I choose the believe in this process.
